In a kadai, add a stick of butter and let it melt. Crack three eggs into the kadai and add salt and pepper to taste. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked and then set them aside.
In the same kadai, add another stick of butter and let it melt.
Add half an onion and a little bit of salt to help the onion cook faster.
Once the onion is translucent, add the peas, cabbage, and carrots and mix well.
Add a pinch of chilli powder, salt, and garam masala and mix well. If you like, you can also add a little bit of ajinomoto for extra flavor.
Add 5 cups of water to the kadai with the vegetables and bring it to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the Maggi noodles and let them cook for 2-3 minutes until they are fully cooked. Be sure to stir the noodles occasionally so that they don't stick together.
Once the noodles are fully cooked, sprinkle the Maggi masala over the noodles and mix well. Now, add the scrambled eggs to the kadai and mix everything together.
Slice some green chilies and chop up some coriander for garnish. This will add an extra kick of flavor to the dish.
Your spicy masala butter Maggi is now ready to serve!
