A Delicious and Easy Cumin, Chilies, and Pepper Chicken Fry With Just 3-Ingredient

Preparing the chicken masala: Take a mixer jar and add the red chilies, cumin, and pepper corns. Make it into a coarse powder.
Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, add the washed chicken, salt, and 2 tbsp of the prepared masala. Rub it well into the chicken and let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken: Take a kadai and add ghee. Once the ghee is slightly hot, add the marinated chicken and mix well. Close the lid and cook the chicken on medium heat. Keep stirring occasionally so that it does not stick to the bottom or burn. Once the chicken is cooked, garnish it with fresh coriander.
