Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew
  • 200 Grams Roasted vermicelli
  • 5 Tbsp Jaggery
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 1 Cup Fresh grated coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Soaked sago

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add raisins, almonds, and cashews and fry until golden brown. Take them out of the pan and keep them aside.
  • In the same pan, add roasted vermicelli and jaggery. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • Add 1 cup of milk to the pan and stir well to avoid the milk from breaking. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Now, add 1 cup of water and stir well. Close the lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Now, add fresh grated coconut and soaked sago. Mix well and close the lid. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked well.
  • Add the second cup of milk and mix well. Add the fried dry fruits and mix well.
  • Dish out and garnish with the remaining dry fruits. Serve hot or cold, according to your preference.
