Ingredients
  

  • 2 Beetroots
  • 1 Glass Water
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Lime / Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the beetroot into small chunks.
  • Blend the beetroot with 1 cup of water in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the beetroot juice with the honey and lime juice.
  • Stir well and serve chilled.
