Wash the cluster beans thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
Take a vessel and add the chopped beans along with enough water to cover them.
Bring the water to a boil and cook the beans for 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them.
Drain the water and set the boiled beans aside.
Take a kadai and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and slit green chilies.
Fry the onions and chilies until they turn slightly brown.
Add the boiled cluster beans to the kadai and mix well.
Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and close the lid.
Let the beans cook for 5 minutes.
Crush the garlic pods and add them to the kadai. Mix well.
Add the prepared coconut chilli powder to the kadai and mix well.
Close the lid and let the beans cook for 2 more minutes.
Once the beans are cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander.
Your delicious cluster beans fry is now ready to serve.
