Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Large Bowl Soaked Mixed Sprouts (I used green gram, bengal gram, and moth bean)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Green Chilis Chopped
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • Coriander for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a kadai over medium heat. Once the butter is hot, add 1 chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
  • Add the soaked mixed sprouts (I used green gram, bengal gram, and moth bean) to the kadai and mix well.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the kadai and mix well.
  • Cover the kadai and cook the sprouts until they are tender and fully cooked.
  • Add 3 chopped green chilies to the kadai and mix well.
  • Turn off the stove and squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the sprouts.
  • Garnish the sprouts with fresh coriander and serve hot.
