Healthy Beans Fry With a Twist : Breakfast Scramble With Coconut and Egg Magic in 10 Minutes!!!
Hey there foodies, today I'm excited to share with you my favorite Beans Fry Scramble with Coconut and Egg recipe! This dish is a perfect combination of spicy and savory flavors that will leave you craving for more. Not only is it delicious, but it's also packed with healthy nutrients that will boost your energy levels and keep you satisfied throughout the day.

- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 Green chilis chopped
- 1 Cup French beans
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 5 Garlic crushed
- 1/2 Cup Grated coconut
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp Maggi masala
- Coriander for garnish
Take a pan and add butter to it. Heat it over medium flame.
Once the butter has melted, add chopped onions to the pan and fry until they turn translucent.
Add chopped green chilies to the pan and fry them for a minute.
Now, add fresh French beans to the pan along with turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cover the pan with a lid.
Let the beans cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or until they are tender.
Once the beans are cooked, add crushed garlic and dry grated coconut to the pan. Mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes closing the lid.
Crack the eggs into the pan and mix everything together until the eggs are scrambled.
Add Maggi masala to the pan and mix well. Close the lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish the dish with freshly chopped coriander and serve hot with rotis or hot rice and dal.
