- 250 Grams Mutton
- 2 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Red Chilies Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 3 Tsp Ghee
- 3 Cups Water
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Cut the onion into small pieces and set it aside.
In a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp of ghee and mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, garam masala, and three cups of water. Close the lid and cook it for three whistles on high and two on low.
After the cooking process is complete, open the lid and check if there's too much water. If so, boil for five minutes to reduce the water content.
In a kadai, add two teaspoons of ghee and fry the onions until they turn golden brown. Add a dash of ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
Add the boiled mutton and cook it until all the water has evaporated, and the mutton becomes juicy.
Add pepper and fry for a minute to enhance the flavors.
Finally, garnish it with coriander and serve hot with rotis or steamed rice and dal.
