In this recipe, I will be sharing my go-to rasam powder recipe that is easy to make and tastes incredible.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 10 Red Chilies
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 10 Garlic Pods

Instructions
 

Simple Process:

  • Put them all in a blender and make it into a coarse powder and your aromatic and tasty rasam powder is ready.

Alternative Process:

  • Start by collecting all the necessary ingredients.
  • Remove the stems from the red chilies.
  • In a dry pan, roast the red chilies, cumin, black pepper, and coriander seeds until fragrant.
  • Allow the spices to cool.
  • Once the spices have cooled down, add them to a blender along with garlic pods.
  • Blend the spices and garlic until you achieve a coarse powder.
  • Store the rasam powder in an airtight container.
