Quick and Easy Cabbage, Aloo and Peas Stir-Fry Recipe in 15 Minutes

- 1 Medium size cabbage chopped
- 2 Large potatoes
- 1 Cup Peas
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 Green chilies slit
- Coriander for garnish
Wash and chop the cabbage into small pieces.
Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
In a kadai, heat oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add sliced onions and sauté until they turn slightly brown.
Add the chopped potatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cover the kadai with a lid. Cook until the potatoes are half done.
Add the chopped cabbage and peas to the kadai and mix well. Close the lid and cook until the vegetables are cooked completely.
Add slit green chilies and coriander leaves to the kadai and mix well.
Garnish with more coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis or hot rice and dal.
