  • 5 Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil/Ghee/Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Packet Maggie Masala
  • Coriander for garnish

  • Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces. This will ensure that they cook evenly and quickly.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped potatoes and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, add a tablespoon of Maggie Masala to the pan and toss the potatoes for about a minute to coat them evenly.
  • Garnish the dish with chopped coriander.
  • Finally, dish out the potato fry and serve it hot with some freshly made rotis or rice and dal.
