Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Snake Gourd
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Ghee
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Coriander for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat a kadai over medium heat and add 2 tbsp oil.
  • Once the oil is slightly hot, add the chopped onion and green chilies and fry until they are golden brown.
  • Now, add the chopped snake gourd to the kadai and mix well with the onions and chilies.
  • Add 1/4 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, add 1/2 cup full cream milk to the kadai and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Finally, add 1/2 tsp ghee to the kadai and mix well. Let it sit for a minute.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or rotis.
