The Ultimate Buttery Sweet Corn Recipe for a Mouthwatering Experience in Just 10 Minutes
Corn is one of the most versatile and popular grains in the world. It is an excellent source of carbohydrates and essential nutrients such as vitamins A and C, folate, and fiber. Sweet corn, in particular, is a favorite among many, due to its juicy, sweet kernels. It's a delicious and healthy snack that can be enjoyed in many different ways, and my personal favorite is buttery sweet corn.

- 1 Cup Sweet corn
- 50 Grams Butter
- 1 Tsp 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 1 Tsp 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Lime (juice)
- Fresh coriander
First, remove the corn kernels from the cob by boiling them in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles, then letting them cool down and carefully cutting off the kernels. Keep the kernels aside.
In a kadai or frying pan, melt 20 grams of butter over medium heat. Add the sweet corn kernels to the pan and toss to coat them in the butter.
Add the rest of the butter to the pan and mix well. Now add salt, chili powder, and chat masala to the pan and stir until the corn kernels are coated in the spices.
Squeeze the juice of a lime over the corn kernels and add fresh coriander. Mix everything together until the corn is evenly coated in the spices and lime juice.
Serve the buttery sweet corn in a serving bowl and top it off with a cube of butter for an extra touch of richness.
